  • Retrieved precedent cases related to a "Profit Right Transfer and Guarantee Agreement" litigation and assisted in the preparation of the "Litigation representative opinions" of the case
  • Participated, as the plaintiff's agent, and assisted in advancing the litigation process of the above-mentioned case and participated in the trial of this case
  • Organized and collected relevant information about a cinema’s bankruptcy case, including but not limited to cinema contracting agreements, equity transfer agreements, and financial statements, checked and calculated the credits and debts of the theater
  • Participated in a group's due diligence investigation on the acquisition of a chain hotel and was responsible for checking whether the property right of the chain hotel is clear, the expiration date of the lease contract, and other related content
